Pricing questions
How is pricing calculated?
By the number of rental units under management, not by user seats. Add as many staff, owner and tenant logins as you need at no extra cost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Self-serve plans can be switched at any time from Settings ▸ Billing, and your next invoice reflects the new plan.
What happens if I go over my unit limit?
You'll be prompted to switch to the next plan up before you can add more units. There's no surprise overage charge.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Listed prices are exclusive of VAT; your invoice shows VAT separately based on your company's registered country.
What does the Scale plan include that others don't?
Unlimited units, a dedicated account manager and custom onboarding for large or multi-company portfolios. Contact sales for a quote.
